Meeting are held on the 1st Tuesday of each month apart from where indicated in the Calendar.
The philosophy of the U3A is about Lifelong Learning, in particular learning from one another, and that is the principle underlying the organisation of the Photography Group.
The programme is constructed by the members who suggest a topic or place to visit, and take turns to organise the outing or event.
It is the intention that the group be practical rather than lecture based, utilising the members own skills and interests.
As there are so many different aspects to photography, members pick and choose which events they want to attend, with the deliberate intention that the group size is small enough to facilitate learning and enjoyment.
